The service policies and warranty statements on this page are relevant for all Spider products and Spider distributed brands. Spider International Inc. (referred to as Spider for the duration of this document) warrants to the original purchaser that the product purchased will be free of defects related to manufacturing, parts, materials, and workmanship under normal and accepted use. Conditions under which the manufacturer's limited product warranty statement is no longer valid can be found below. Spider only offers warranty in United States. For international customers, please find local Spider authorized reseller for warranty service.
This limited product warranty is Spider's only warranty and the customer's only remedy concerning the product. All other representations, warranties or conditions, expressed or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to any warranties or guarantees of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, are expressly excluded. As a result, except as set forth in the previous and following paragraphs, the product is sold "as-is" and the customer is assuming the entire risk as to the product's suitability to their needs, its quality and its performance.
• Spider Products: 1 Years
• Refurbished Products: 90 days
• Spider is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, please INSURE and obtain a TRACKING number as a safeguard.
• Spider ships via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for all replacements for all non-expedited replacements.
• P.O. Box addresses are NOT accepted for RMA returns. You must provide us with a physical address to continue with the RMA Process.
• Spider's sole liability, and the exclusive remedy, for any acknowledged defect(s) shall be the repair or replacement of the product in question.
• Customer bears the cost of sending the defective unit(s) to Spider plus any expedited fees, and Spider bears the cost of shipping the replacement unit to customer.
• Spider does not offer refunds, credits or upgrades.
• Replacements are processed upon product availability.
• Spider shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost data.
• If a suitable replacement is not available within 30 days from the receipt of your returned product, Spider will issue credit note. RMA credits are for product only and do NOT include any reimbursement for shipping charges.
• Warranty is available only to the original purchaser.
• RMA numbers are valid for 20 days after issues date. Spider must receive product within this time period. Any product received later than 20 days from date of RMA issue, will be returned to sender.
• Spider is not responsible for return freight charges resulting from invalid or expired RMA shipments.
• In order to be considered eligible for repair or replacement under warranty, included with the repair item(s) must be a valid bill of sale (please see below for more information) from an authorized Spider retailer detailing the following information:
• Retailer's Name
• Original Date of Purchase
• Model or SKU number of the Product Purchased
• Counterfeit or "Grey Market" product or products purchased from any non-authorized Spider dealer.
• Damage or inoperability caused by inadequate repair work performed by the end user or any non-authorized repair center.
• Other manufacturer's equipment or reimbursement for said equipment that has been used in conjunction with a Spider product.
• Inoperability due to lack of reasonable maintenance and care as determined by Spider.
• Accessories or consumable items such as, but not limited to:
• Batteries
• Ear bud covers
• Ear cushions and/or headphone padding
• Cable clips
• Foam microphone windscreens
• Cases
Damage: This warranty does not cover any physical and/or electrical damage resulting from, but not limited to:
• Accident.
• Misuse
• Abuse
• Malicious destruction
• Acts of nature
• The temporary or permanent affixing of any items supplied or not supplied by the manufacturer with any adhesive, fastener or the like.
• Use of batteries, power supplies or any other sources of power not specifically recommended by the manufacturer.
• Inadequate repair work performed by the end user or any non-authorized repair center.
