Instructions for Use

Power on/off the unit

Power on : Short press the Power button once and you'd hear a ring

chime, indicating it is powered on and will be in pairing status.

Power off : Long press the Power button for three seconds, it should

beep twice, indicating it is powered off.

Factory Reset

Press the button four times rapidly and then hold it a fifth time until

you hear a ringing chime.

A reset operation is required to enable the device to enter the pairing

state again (synchronization of Find My also requires simultaneous

unbinding) and rebind the new Apple ID account.

 

Add to the Find My App

1. Open "Find My" app on your supported iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch or

Mac computer.

2. Allow notifications from the app.

3. Select "Items" at the bottom, then tap "Add Other Item" or tap on

"+" icon directly.

4. Select "Other Supported Items"

5. Make sure your Spider Find My Tracker is close to your phone.

It will pop-up "Searching Items".

6. You will see pop-up "Spider Find My", then tap " Connect".

7. Follow the pop-up to fill name, and select an emoji, then tap "Continue".

8. When "This Item Is Linked to Your Apple ID" pops-up, tap "Agree"

9. Tap "Finish" to complete the setup.

 

Function Introduction

Find Items - Tap "Play Sound" to make your Spider Find My Tracker

beep when it is nearby.

Find your Item's location - Your Spider Find My Tracker's last known

location will appear on the map as the emoji icon you chosen during setup.

Tap "Directions" to navigate to the last known location of your item.

Notifications

Enable the "Notify When Found" toggle, when your Spider Find

My Tracker' location is seen by another Find My "enabled"

device, you will receive a notification of its updated location.

Enable the "Notify When Left Behind" toggle, you will receive a

notification when you leave your Smart tracker behind and it is no

longer in range of your device.

Note : "Notify When Found" can only be activated when your Spider

Find My Tracker is out of range.

 

Lost Mode

When your Spider Find My Tracker is lost under  "Lost Mode ",tap the

"Enable" tab, a screen calling Lost Mode will pop up, tab "Continue".

You can enter your phone number or email address and tap Next "

You may enter a message that will be shared with the person that

finds your Spider Find My Tracker.

* Tap "Activate" to enable "Lost Mode".

Note:

When "Lost Mode" is enabled, "Notification When Found" is

automatically enabled.

When "Lost Mode" is enabled, your Spider Find My Tracker is

locked and cannot be paired to a new device.

Rename Item

You can rename your Spider Find My Tracker.

Remove Item

Make sure "Lost Mode" is disabled and tap "Remove Item" . After

selecting the option, the system will pop up "Remove Item?" and

tap "Remove" to remove the device.

The Spider Find My Tracker is now reset and ready to pair to a new

device.

Share This Item

Tap "Add Person" to share this Item

Tap "Continue" and select related people to share.

Tap "Share" and wait for the recipient to accept the invitation

Others also can locate this item. And tracking notification will be

muted.

*Available for iOS 17 above version.

About the Find My App

The Apple Find My network provides an easy, secure way to locate

your personal items using the Find My app on your iPhone, iPad, Mac,

or the Find Items app on Apple Watch.

For full tracking functionality, update your device to the latest OS

Version.

 

If Your Item is Lost: How Finders Can Contact, You

This tracker features an NFC sensor. If you lose your item, a finder

can easily view the contact details to help return it to you.

Step 1: You must enable "Lost Mode" in the Apple Find My app

and enter your phone number and email beforehand.

Step 2: The finder simply needs to hold the top of their iPhone, with

NFC function, close to the tracker's NFC sensor.

Step 3: A contact page will automatically pop up on their screen,

showing the details, you provided.


Anti-Stalking & Safety

To prevent unwanted tracking, this device complies with Apple

Find My security guidelines.

Unwanted Tracking Alerts: If someone else's tracker is

traveling with you over time, your Apple device will notify you.

After a while, if you still haven't found it, the tracker will play a

sound to let you know where it is.

. How to Disable: To stop sharing the location, press and hold

the function button for 3 seconds until you hear two beeps.

This will disable the tracker's location-sharing.

 

Apple servers

When pairing a device with Find My app, the phone will link

to the Apple servers. Pairing may fail because of network

problems. The following action is recommended.

a. Change the phone's network, such as switching between Wi-Fi and

mobile. The first pairing may take a long time, please wait patiently.

b. Reset your Spider Find My Tracker.

c. When "Lost Mode" is enabled, DO NOT REMOVE ITEM in the APP.

This item will be locked and cannot be paired to a new device.

Set up using the Google Find Hub App

1. Go to Google Play and search for "Find Hub"

2. Install the app or tap to 'Update'.

3. Hit 'Open' or tap on the Find Hub app icon on your phone home

page.

4. Sign in to your Google Account.

You might want to select the checkbox that says "Don't ask again' If

you have more than one account, your item will link to the primary

account setup on your phone.

5. You might be asked to allow some permissions. Review the terms

and continue.

 

Connect to the Find Hub App

1. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth Is ON and you are connected to

the Internet.

2. Bring your tag close to your phone and wait for the pop-up "Wireless

Tag " to Wireless locator, on the pop up bottom sheet, hit Connect.

3. Read and accept the prompts to complete the pairing

Enable Lost Mode

If your item goes missing, select the device in the "Find Hub" app and

tap "Mark as lost." You will receive a notification once its location is

detected. You can also leave your contact details so anyone who

finds the item can get in touch with you.

Location Sharing

Select the device in the "Find Hub" app and tap "Share Device". Once

the invitation is accepted, the shared tracker will appear in both users'

"Find Hub" apps, both users can track the location and ring the device

locally.

Unknown tracker alerts

Your safety comes first, "Find Hub" is designed to prevent unwanted

tracking. If your phone detects an unfamiliar tracker traveling with you,

you will receive an alert. You can view its location on a map, ring it to

find it, or get further safety guidance.

Privacy

Your location data is end-to-end encrypted, meaning that Google can

never view or access it. Only you can see where your items have been

and currently are. With the Find Hub app, Google does not use nor

share your data. The information you share about yourself and your

devices remain confidential.

 

Find Hub helps you find and connect to what matters in a single,

devices are offline. Plus, seamlessly and securely share your location

with friends & family for peace of mind.

Find Hub network requires location services and Bluetooth to be turned

on. Requires cell service or internet connection. Works on AndroidTM

Care and maintenance

Read the following recommendations before using the unit. Following

these you will be able to enjoy the product for many years.

Don't expose the unit to liquid, moisture or humidity to avoid the

product's internal circuit being affected.

Don't use abrasive cleaning solvents to clean the unit.

Don't expose the unit to extremely high or low temperature as this

will shorten the life of electronic devices, destroy the battery or distort

certain plastic parts.

Don't dispose of the unit in fire as it will result in an explosion.

Don't expose the unit to contact with sharp objects as this will cause

scratches and damage.

Don't let the unit fall down onto the floor. The internal circuit might

get damaged.
